Geyser waives revocation hearing after escaping group home
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- People in the West Allis community were invited to an informational meeting about urban coyotes Tuesday night.
"If they see the need to protect their territory from your pet, the best thing you can do is make sure your dog is under control and remove yourself from that situation," said DNR Wildlife Biologist Dianne Robinson.
The meeting was scheduled after recent sightings of the animals. Robinson walked people through coyote behavior.
West Allis Mayor Dan Devine says people are worried about the safety of their kids and small pets.
