West Allis PD Searching for Man who Offered Candy to Girl and Chased Her

On Thursday, May 12, the West Allis Police Department was notified of a possible child enticement occurring in an alley between the 2100 block of South 62nd Street and South 63rd Street. The incident is believed to have occurred between 8:15 to 8:30 AM. 

A girl was walking in the alley and an adult male approached her and asked her if she wanted candy. The girl ran away from the man and the man ran after her and attempted to grab her jacket but was unsuccessful.

The victim continued to run away from the man and the man turned and ran northbound in the alley.

The suspect is described as a white man with a thin build and a thin brown mustache. He is described as wearing a dark denim jean jacket, dark denim jeans, a white baseball cap and white tennis shoes.
