Weeks homers but Cubs edge Brewers in series finale

CHICAGO - Rickie Weeks' two-run homer was all the offense the Brewers could muster against Travis Wood in a 4-2 loss to the Cubs Sunday at Wrigley Field.

Marco Estrada battled through five innings, allowing home runs to Welington Castillo and Mike Olt and taking the loss. Chicago took two of three in the series.

Weeks is now hitting .351 on the season after his home run. He was batting leadoff as Carlos Gomez missed a game with a bug. The Brewers start a four-game series with the Atlanta Braves Monday at Turner Field in Atlanta.
