Weekend Operation Drive Sober Enforcement Results in 12 Arrests

Milwaukee, WI – Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. ordered a continued an aggressive Driving Under the Influence (DUI) initiative to rid the Milwaukee County freeway system of drunken drivers. This weekend’s Operation Drive Sober initiative, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 a.m., resulted in the arrest of twelve drunken drivers. The average preliminary blood test (PBT) result was .12.

One repeat offender was arrested: Timothy Masarik, age 32, of West Allis.

First-time DUI offenders taken into custody were: William Gilgenbach, age 52, of West Allis; Nathan Ackerman, age 18, of Oconomowoc; Kristin Byrne, age 23, of Wauwatosa; Grid Shabani, age 35, of Cudahy; Jacquelyn Czarnecki, age 20, of Muskego; and Milwaukee residents: Wisam Asad, age 38; Jose Fuentes-Lopez, age 24; Robert Smith, age 34; Lloyd Wright, age 25; Justin Mann, age 34; and Patrick Neal-Brown, age 26.
