WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa's Independence Day fireworks will be held at Wisconsin Lutheran College's Krauss-Miller-Lutz Outdoor Athletic Complex this year, the city announced Tuesday, June 9.

Fireworks are scheduled to launch at around 9:15 p.m. from the baseball field, which will be roped off. Stadium bleachers open at 7 p.m. and are the primary viewing area. The adjacent soccer field is a secondary option, with attendees asked to bring a chair or blanket.

Parking is available in the stadium lot off Swan Blvd., as well as several nearby lots including free options at 1200 N. Mayfair and 1233 N. Mayfair. Swan Blvd. will be closed at Discovery Parkway and Underwood Creek Parkway. Click here for a map with more details.
