Waukesha woman calls 911 on roommate for drinking her soda

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58 -- A Waukesha woman called 911 on Saturday evening after she was upset that her roommate drank her soda and ate some of her food.

According to the Waukesha Police reports, the woman called 911 around 10:45 p.m. to report what happened but hung up before giving her address.

When dispatch allegedly called back, the woman told them she didn't call 911.

According to the report, both roommates came to a mutual agreement before police arrived to "stop their petty arguing."

They were advised of the nuisance ordinance.
