Waukesha County deputy accused of drunk driving with guns

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha County Sheriff's deputy is off the job Wednesday, June 10, after prosecutors say he was driving drunk with guns in his vehicle. 

Daniel Matuszak is accused of having a gun while drunk. 

He was pulled over for driving the wrong way down Capitol Drive in Pewaukee. 

Investigators say Matuszak admitted he'd been drinking. Police found one handgun and two rifles in the car. 

Matuszak is now on administrative leave. 

He is due back in court June 24th.
