Man claims to be 'The Joker' after Waukesha Police called out to investigate

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha Police Department received a suspicious person complaint over the weekend.

Officers were called to Baxter Street near Frame Park around 3:49 p.m. on Sunday.

Upon arrival, officers located a man near the playground who was shirtless with red lipstick on his face.

Officers spoke with the man who allegedly told them that he was tanning along the river.

The man told police that he had red lipstick on his face because he was 'The Joker' but that it wasn't cause for concern because he considers himself to be the good kind of Joker.

There was no illegal activity observed by authorities.
