WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Waukesha Police Department has reported that a school bus and a dump truck crashed early Wednesday, March 6. It happened near Horning Middle School.
Police say 34 children were on the bus. One of the students described it as a scary scene, with the windows shattering and glass flying.
"The whole bus bent. The floor rippled, like it bent upward almost," said Zaine Radcliff, student.

In a letter sent to Horning Middle School families, the principal said some kids were hurt and at least one was taken for more medical attention. Waukesha police are investigating the cause of the crash.
