Waukesha man faces 4th OWI offense

ELM GROVE, WI (CBS 58)  -- For the fourth time, a Waukesha man has been arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says that 36-year-old Timothy A. Gregory was arrested Friday night just before 9 PM.   A State Trooper stopped Gregory’s vehicle for speeding on I-94 just east of Elm Grove Road.   When he talked with Gregory, the Trooper noticed he was slurring his words and there was the odor of intoxicants.   After a legal blood draw, Gregory was taken to the Waukesha County Jail and is facing charges of Operating While Intoxicated, 4th offense.
