Waukesha man dies after skiing accident

DANE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – A Waukesha man has died after a skiing accident in Dane County.

According to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 3400 block of Bohn Road in the town of Vermont after a 37-year-old man had collided with a tree.

Due to weather conditions, the man could not be airlifted to the hospital and had to be taken by ambulance. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

The incident is still under investigation.
