WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – A garage fire caused more than $20,000 in damage Wednesday night.
According to the Waukesha Fire Department, the fire started in a car inside of a detached garage near Regent St. and The Strand.
While fighting the fire, the overhead door of the garage collapsed causing the fire to flash and engulf the interior of the garage. No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, authorities do not believe it is suspicious.
