WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha father accused of overdosing while his three young children were in the car reached a plea deal on Thursday.
34-year-old Christopher Koeberl pleaded guilty to two charges, a third OWI and neglecting a child.
He was sentenced to serve one year in prison and two years probation with credit for 82 days time served.
Last January, Koeberl's 8-year-old son called 911 thinking that his father was dead.
The boy is credited with saving his father's life.
