Washington County Sheriff's Office believes grass fires are suspicious

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Since March 19, Washington County fire and police agencies have responded to several grass fires in the southern part of Washington County. The locations include the area of Friess Lake Rd. at Lake Dr. in the Village of Richfield, and the area of County Highway CC/County Highway E in the Town of Hartford.

After an investigation, the Sheriff's Office believes the fires are suspicious and is asking the public to report any suspicious cars or people that have been in the area of the fires.
