Walmart offering free health screenings, resources on Wellness Day, July 23

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Walmart is inviting Milwaukee residents to stay healthy during this year's Walmart Wellness Day.

This Saturday, July 23, customers can get free glucose, cholesterol, BMI and blood pressure screenings at select locations. 

Free vaccines for Covid-19 and affordable immunizations for shingles, pneumonia, tetanus, hepatitis, HPV and the flu will also be available at their pharmacies.

Organizers say the goal of Wellness Day is to help customers know their numbers so they can improve their lifestyles.

The event starts at 10 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m.
