Walker, Scott place friendly bet on Wisconsin-Florida game

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and his Florida counterpart are making a friendly wager on Friday night's Sweet 16 game.
Walker is betting Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery Cheese Curds and Haribo Gold-Bear Gummi Candy that the eighth-seeded Wisconsin Badgers will beat fourth-seeded Florida at Madison Square Garden. Walker announced Thursday that German candymaker Haribo plans to build its first North American factory in southeastern Wisconsin.
Florida Gov. Rick Scott is wagering some Kermit's Key West Lime Pie for a Gators win.
The Badgers are in their fourth straight regional semifinal. Florida is making its fifth straight Sweet 16 appearance, but it's over a seven-year span.
Walker has declared Friday as Badger Red Day throughout Wisconsin.
