WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A holiday tradition is bigger and better than ever.
Waukesha County's Christmas Clearing Council is setting up shop at the technical college, giving them more space to make a few dreams come true.
It's being done thanks to 600 volunteers, who are all working to serve around 4,000 kids.
Maybe you've seen their collection bins, which helped gather toys by the thousands this year.
It's a big effort, with a big goal - making the holidays shine a little brighter in our hometowns.
"It's an incredible amount of toys," said Council member Shelly Conrad. "Our community is super generous. We've got oodles of toys for them to choose from, and we hope every child has a Merry Christmas."
They'll be back tomorrow from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. if you want to help out.
The giveaway is set for Saturday, Dec. 20, with kids 11 and under to get toys and teens getting $100 gift cards.
