Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation to donate $2.2 million to Aurora Health Care

The Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation Board announced the largest annual gift in in it's 45 years to support cancer efforts at Aurora Health Care.

A total of $2.2 million will be given to Aurora Health Care at the Foundation's annual meeting.

“This gift is not just a result of the hard-working Board, volunteers, community

partners and advocates,” said Erin Hareng, Executive Director of the Foundation, “It is also a reflection of the investment the Foundation is making in the major

advancements happening in cancer care and research at Aurora Health Care

across the state.”

Details of the gift will be announced at the Foundation's annual meeting on Friday, May 29 from 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m., at Blue Mound Country Club in Wauwatosa. Guests will also hear about the projects the Foundation is supporting throughout 2015.
