MILWAUKEE -- A verdict could come as early as today in the case of a local teenager killed in a tragic accident at Milwaukee's O'Donnell Park.
15-year-old Jared Kellner was killed in 2010 when a 13-ton concrete slab fell on him.
The trial has lasted 5 weeks.
Jurors will now decide if the contractors who installed the panels are at fault or if there was defferred maintenance n the part of the county.
The Kellner family feels contractors may have cut corners in installing the concrete slabs to finish the job faster.
They are seeking $100 million in damages.
