MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 57-year-old seriously injured Tuesday, April 29.

It happened just after 2 p.m., near 13th and Vliet.

Police say a suspect fired several shots at a vehicle the victim was inside of, causing it to crash into a building. 

The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. 

Milwaukee police are seeking an unknown suspect.
