UPDATE: Single Vehicle Crash in Brown Deer Sends Five Occupants to the Hospital

On Saturday, April 16 at about 5:35 AM, Brown Deer Police Officers and North Shore Fire Department responded to a single car accident on North Sherman Boulevard at North Teutonia Avenue. Both northbound and southbound traffic were diverted for a few hours.

When officers arrived, they determined an 18-year-old Milwaukee man lost control of his car while traveling north on North Sherman Boulevard and struck an electric pole. The driver was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.

One other male teen and three female teens, all of Milwaukee, were also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

According to police, speed was likely a factor in the crash.
