UPDATE: Police Identify 16-Year-Old Fatally Shot on West Sheridan Avenue

UPDATE: The victim from the April 10 homicide in the 7800 block of W. Sheridan Avenue is identified as Shamaury O. Young. 

ORIGINAL: The Milwaukee Police Department responded to the 7800 block of West Sheridan Avenue at 6:48 PM on Sunday, April 10. 

During circumstances that remain under investigation, four males from Milwaukee suffered gunshot wounds. A 17-year-old teen suffered a fatal injury and died on the scene despite life-saving efforts from the Milwaukee Fire Department.

Three others, aged 16, 17 and 19-years-old suffered what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects in this incident fled to a nearby liquor store located at 79th and Silver Spring.

Police are still investigating the incident.
