Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - St. Francis is seeking public assistance in determining the identity of a male patient. He had apparently fallen and hit his head at 20th and Burnham on Milwaukee's south side on the evening of May 5.

Someone must have called 911 on his behalf, and he arrived at St. Francis alone by ambulance. Authorities say there are no missing persons reports matching his description.

He is approximately 5'8\", 150 pounds, with brown eyes and dark but mostly shaven hair, and may be of Hispanic background. His estimated age is late 40s or early 50s and he is missing all of his upper teeth. He has limited ability to communicate at this time.

If you know this man or anything that may help to identify him, you are asked to call the hospital hotline at 414-647-7400.

Hospital officials say it is extremely rare that a patient enters with no identification and has no inquiries from family or friends.
