UPDATE: Elm Grove Police Seeking Known Suspected after Robbery at Senior Living Center

UPDATE: Elm Grove Police tell CBS 58 they have a known suspect in the beating and robbery of two young women at the Elm Grove Senior Living Center.   The suspect had agreed to turn himself into police Tuesday, but didn't and is now being sought by police.  

The suspect is the boyfriend of the 22-year-old woman. He is accused of pulling her to the ground by her hair and then kicking her in the face. He then took the purse and cell phone of a 25-year-old woman and fled. The woman did not seek medical treatment for her injuries.

Both women entered the Elm Grove Senior Living Center where they work. The suspect returned and tried to enter the secured building but left when he could not.

The suspect’s car was recovered in Milwaukee.


The Elm Grove Police are currently searching for a suspect who robbed two people and then tried to force his way into the Heritage of Elm Grove Senior Living Center.

Investigators determined that the suspect, a 22-year-old Milwaukee man, beat and robbed a 21-year-old victim. The suspect then turned to a second victim, a 25-year-old woman, and forcefully took the purse and cell phone that she was carrying. The victim and suspect knew each other.

Following the robbery, the suspect returned and attempted to gain entry to Heritage on Monday afternoon around 3 p.m.

The suspect fled before officers arrived. The vehicle used in the incident was recovered in the City of Milwaukee.

The investigation remains ongoing and police are still attempting to locate the suspect in this incident.
