UPDATE: 22-Year-Old Woman Critical Missing Woman Found

UPDATE 8:45 PM: Milwaukee Police say Monica Payne has been located and safely returned home. Police thank the public for sharing her picture and information.


Milwaukee Police are asking for the public’s help in seeking a critical missing 22-year-old woman. 

Monica R. Payne  was last seen in the 5700 block North 70 Street around 11:00 PM on November 15 and was wearing a light lavender coat with white fur on the collar, a black scarf, jeans and black tennis shoes. 

Payne is 5 feet 10-inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair and is cognitively delayed.  

Anyone with information is asked to call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7405.
