United Way Replaces Stolen Funds from Salvation Army Red Kettle

The United Way of Milwaukee and Waukesha County has pledged to replace the money stolen from the Salvation Army Red Kettles.

“Upon hearing of the theft of the two Salvation Army Red Kettles containing about $300 at gunpoint from the organization’s Citadel Worship and Corps Community Center last Thursday evening, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County has decided to replace the stolen funds with a $500 grant,” said the United Way in a statement.
