MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- February is Black History Month, and the United Way of Racine County is focusing not just on the historic civil rights gains of the past, but continuing to make progress today.
To do that, they have launched an educational program called the "21-Week Equity Challenge."
Joining CBS 58 Morning News is the president and CEO of the United Way of Racine County Alex Haigh, along with United Way of Wisconsin executive director Charlene Mouille.
