MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Summerfest is quickly approaching, and one stage recently got a facelift.
The Uline Warehouse stage has a new look and feel this year, that includes a larger seating area, a new light and sound system, an elevated private VIP area, and a new video screen.
"The new finishes incorporate natural materials...integrated this area into the lakeside setting," Sarah Smith Pancheri of Milwaukee World Festivals said. "I don't think the team could have achieved a better outcome, it's exactly what we planned for and we couldn't be more excited."
There are even updated dressing rooms for the performers.
Summerfest starts Wednesday, June 26.
