Two repeat offenders arrested during Operation Drive Sober patrols

MILWAUKEE COUNTY-- Two repeat offenders were arrested during this weekend's Operation Drive Sober patrols.
There were 11 drivers total arrested during the aggressive initiative to crack down on drunk drivers on the Milwaukee County freeway system.
28-year-old Justin Mews of New Berlin was arrested for his 2nd OWI and 40-year-old Joseph Ziemann of Oconomowoc was arrested for his 3rd OWI.
The other nine drivers arrested this weekend were all first time offenders.
The average PBT of those arrested was .12
