Two Milwaukee Men Accused of Being Package Thieves on Milwaukee's East Side

Two Milwaukee men are accused of being package thieves on the East Side of Milwaukee.

Harold Earl and Tyrence Tolliver are charged each with four counts of mail fraud.

The two allegedly stole packages from N. Lake Drive, N. Stowell Avenue, N. Shepard Avenue, and E. Newberry Blvd .

All the packages were shipped by United States Postal Service or commercial carrier.

According to the criminal complaint, the Officer Post did a mirandized interview with Howard Earl.

He allegedly admitted to being involved in the theft of several packages from September 2016 to January 2017.
