Two men injured, 1 of them in custody following double shooting near 22nd and Keefe
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two men are recovering from gunshot wounds after a double shooting near 22nd and Keefe.
It happened around 12:36 a.m. on Monday.
According to police, a 53-year-old man was sitting on his porch when a 27-year-old man fired shots at him, striking him. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The 27-year-old man who fired the shots was later dropped off at a local hospital with two gunshot wounds. Police say he is being uncooperative with the investigation and police are still investigating the circumstances related to his injuries.
The 27-year-old man is in police custody related to the shooting of the 53-year-old man.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Milwaukee Police say they are still searching for suspects.
