MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee's Department of Public Works released the following statement about the crash involving a DPW broom operator Friday morning.
"Earlier this morning a DPW broom operator was struck by another vehicle on the corner of 27th and Lincoln. The DPW worker received non-life threatening injuries. The driver of other vehicle is in custody with injuries caused by collision."

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Two people were hurt in a crash early Friday morning.
Milwaukee Police say a car hit a street sweeper near Layton and Lincoln. The street sweeper ended up on its side.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries.
The driver of the car was arrested on other charges.
