Two former Milwaukee County prosecutors accused of obstructing police investigation

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two Former Milwaukee County Prosecutors are accused of obstructing a police investigation.

It stems from a drunk driving arrest in Fox Point on July 16.

One of the arresting officers called the "Duty DA" phone line to ask whether or not to get a search warrant for the suspect's blood sample.

The prosecutor who answered the call was Antoni Apollo and not Kristin Schrank who was supposed to be on duty that night.

Investigators say Schrank later dismissed the case against the suspected drunk driver, out of fear she would be found out.

Authorities later learned Schrank had asked Apollo to cover the phone line for her while she worked at her part-time job as a waitress.
