MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A turkey vulture walked into an office... It sounds like the start of a joke but it's exactly what happened at Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Milwaukee.
The Wisconsin Humane Society says on Earth Day, employees discovered a turkey vulture had made its way into the 8th floor office area.
Thankfully, wildlife officials were able to rescue the distressed bird. She was uninjured, but quite dehydrated and thin.
The humane society says the turkey vulture is undergoing treatment and will be released back into the wild when she's healthy enough to return to the skies -- and not an office!
