(MILWAUKEE) - Spring is in the air and garbage is at our feet. It's the time of year when homes and communities get a thorough cleaning.
Ever since the first Earth Day in 1970 the third week in April has been set aside for environmental concerns. It’s a tradition that has since taken on new momentum in the age of social media and particularly this year with a viral concept that’s getting teens to venture outdoors with gloves and trash bags in tow.
