Toddler Found Riding Toy Down the Sidewalk Alone in Racine

A 1-2 year old boy was found by a passerby riding his toy down the sidewalk in the 900 block of Grand View in Racine.
According to Racine Police, he did have a coat and boots on and there was no adult was around.
Police couldn’t locate the mom and they called the Human Service Department.
Shortly after that, the mom was found.
