MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- More and more children are struggling with their mental health because of stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
There are a few ways to help ease the stress in your child's life.
Martha Flores, the pedagogical director and early childhood teacher at Tamarack Waldorf School in Milwaukee, she joined CBS with some mental health tips.
Some tips for children include creating security through daily rhythm, spending time outside and healing through storytelling.
