MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The holidays are not only a perfect time to think about the reverence behind giving, but to also get children involved in the process at a young age.
Lee Scott, Chairperson for The Goddard School's Educational Advisory Board joined us on Wednesday, Nov. 29 to discuss some tips about getting kids involved.
Some ideas involve creating a plan for giving, making a "giving book," focusing on free gifts, offering items of personal importance and even discussing the feelings involved with giving and why to continue.
