MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – For the third year, the Cesar E. Chavez Celebration is highlighting talented local youth through art, essay and spoken work contests.
Entries are now being accepted and must be submitted by Monday, March 15 by 5 p.m. This year's theme is 'Pillar of CommUNITY'.
Winners will be honored at a virtual event on March 31.
