CBS 58 CEDARBURG, Wis. (CBS 58) -- After initially closing in 2023, popular bar and restaurant -- The Elbow Room -- reopened last year and now is opening a second location.
The new Cedarburg location will open this fall after the acquisition of longtime local favorite, Galioto's Twelve21.
Owners hope to continue their popular "volley bar" concept while still blending in favorites from Gailoto's menu.
