The Corners of Brookfield lights up the holiday season with giant teddy bear display and charity events
BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brookfield is planning to usher in the holiday season with special seasonal events at The Corners of Brookfield, featuring a 16-foot holiday teddy bear and a charitable toy drive.
The drive, aimed at supporting Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, invites donations from Friday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 26, amidst the town's festive decorations.
Beginning Black Friday, children can submit their Christmas wishes to Santa via a special mailbox stationed in Market Square. A highlight of the season includes live reindeer visiting on Sunday, Dec. 17, with photo opportunities available for those with reservations made starting Monday, Nov. 27.
Weekly Winter Yoga classes will begin Friday, Dec. 1, offering a serene counterpoint to the holiday hustle. The Town Holiday Tree Lighting is slated for Saturday, Dec. 2, featuring an afternoon of entertainment and festive lights.
