Signs of fall are here: leaves changing color and earlier sunsets
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- "We'll be havin' fun all summer long!"
Springtime has fully sprung in southeast Wisconsin, and that means bringing out a summertime staple of foot comfort and convenience: flip flops.
They are said to have been invented around 4,000 B.C. by the Ancient Egyptians, though the version we are familiar with these days is more akin to the Japanese Zori that was brought to the U.S. in the era of World War II.
Andy Sajdak of Stan's Fit for Your Feet joined us on Wednesday, May 29 to take a look at what makes the flip flop so special, and the variety that is available on the market.
