Sussex Firefighter Resigns After Allegedly Drinking and Driving on Memorial Day

Sussex firefighter accused of drunk driving during the Memorial Day parade has now resigned.

Tom Gerstner was at the wheel of a fire truck and crashed into parked car. 

He was arrested and placed on leave but we just got confirmation that Gerstner has now resigned from the fire department.
