WATERFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) --- A fire broke out at the Lakeview Specialty Hospital and Rehab in Waterford Saturday night, Dec. 6.
The two fires were contained and patients were back inside Saturday night. However, crews called the fire "suspicious."
Kansasville Fire Department Chief Scott Remer said someone inside the building started the fire.
"They were suspiciously started," Remer said. "They were small fires set by towels, paper towels, and cloth towels."
The two fires were on the first floor in the west wing of the building where it remained contained. Officials say security helped put the fire out. However, upon arrival, crews found flames and smoke and immediately went inside to help.
Officials say there were no injuries and multiple fire departments responded to the hospital fire.
The situation remains under investigation.
