Susan G. Komen Wisconsin invests in Breast Cancer Assistance Fund to help patients during pandemic

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Susan G. Komen Wisconsin has invested $200,000 in The Komen Wisconsin Breast Cancer Assistance Fund to help patients battling breast cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The fund helps patients with the costs associated with breast cancer treatment. 

Komen Wisconsin says if people are displaying warning signs for breast cancer during this time, they should contact their health provider to figure out their need for diagnostic imaging. 

Patients are also urged to contact Komen Wisconsin for referrals for free or low-cost diagnostic testing.
