Summerfest is suing a restaurant chain for trademark infringement.
Court documents show Summerfest is suing Red Lobster over their "Lobster and Shrimp Summerfest" slogan.
They asked the restaurant chain to stop using the logo in 2016. The restaurant did but then started using it again this year.
Summerfest claims people will get confused and think Red Lobster's slogan is affiliated with the festival.
Summerfest wants Red Lobster to remove advertising with "Summerfest" on it and have the restaurant chain pay for any damages or money lost.
