MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A group of UW-Madison students are protesting Covid policies on campus.
About a dozen gathered at the Capitol in protest of masks and testing requirements for unvaccinated students on UW-Madison's campus.
They believe masks should be optional and support individual health choices.
"We want to make our own health decision, we don't want it to be the Board of Regents making health decisions for us," said student Lane Whitten. "We fell it's our own body and we can make our own choices."
The UW System says Covid policies on campus are key to keeping schools open and students and staff safe.
