Student charged with sexually assaulting another student at Horlick High School

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Horlick High School student is now charged with sexual assault.

Kavon Hogue, 18, is charged with 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child with Use or Threat of Force or Violence following the December 10 incident.

According to the criminal complaint, a 15-year-old student called police to report that she was assaulted by another student while in a stairwell at Horlick High School.

The student told police that she had met the suspect earlier in the day through a friend. The student and the suspect allegedly dropped off the friend at her class. The student told police that she and the suspect went to get "hallsweep" passes and were in the back stairwell on a landing between the second and third floors when the suspect pushed her against a wall, kissed her, and touched her inappropriately.

Hogue had previously been charged with 4th Degree Sexual Assault after grabbing a different female student at Horlick High School inappropriately.
