State Patrol cracking down on drunk driving at Country USA
OSHKOSH, Wis.- (WFRV) Some of the biggest country music stars will be right in our own backyard for the 22nd Annual Country USA festival in Oshkosh at Ford Festival Park.
The events starts June 20th, and runs through the 24th.
This year's line-up includes Blake Shelton, Florida Georgia Line, Chris Young, Gary Allen, and Rascal Flatts.
Nearly 33,000 people are expected to attend the concert each day.
And state troopers want to make sure you're having fun safely.
When bands hit the stage - Wisconsin State Patrol will be targeting intoxicated drivers.
Police are especially concerned by the increase in drunk drivers leaving country USA who are not of legal age.
State troopers are working to ensure that people make the responsible choice to drive sober.
