St. Francis man arrested after allegedly mooning neighbor after she asked him to stop using profanity

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A St. Francis man, 31, has been cited for disorderly conduct after an incident with his neighbor.

Police were called out to a home in the 3700 block of Denton Avenue shortly before 7 p.m. on Friday.

A woman called to report that her neighbor was using profanity. The woman said that when she asked him to stop, he pulled down his pants, mooned her, and made an inappropriate comment.

The woman told police that she just wanted the man advised on his actions.

When officers arrived on the scene, they made contact with the 31-year-old man who they say was intoxicated. 

The man denied pulling down his pants and was advised of his actions.

The woman later called the police again to report that the man just did the same thing.

Officers then arrested the man and cited him for disorderly conduct.
